This depends on where you booked your rental car.
- When you have booked via Enterprise.nl, you can request a refund by contacting Customer Care: customercare@enterprise-netherlands.com. We kindly ask you to include your full name, reservation number and rental dates, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
- When you have booked via a third party, we can only kindly advise you to contact the concerning third party. This is due to the fact that when you book via a third party, your payment goes to them directly. That is why only they can provide you with a refund.
